Tracie Kedzierski: Tracie is Power Pilates© Certified and received her training in New York City and Boston. Inspired by her personal Pilates training with Jean Lilly, founder of Newport Pilates, she received her certifications, and joined the studio in 2008. A dynamic team approach quickly developed. And after five+ years of teaching for Jean, it was a natural move when Tracie took over the ownership of the studio in 2013. “I am so fortunate to have the highest quality of Pilates instructors teaching at Newport Pilates… and an amazing group of long time clients !” She has been practicing Pilates for 15 years, receiving instruction in both the Power Pilates© and Stott Pilates© methods, and is dedicated to sharing the benefits she's gained from her practice with her clients. A fun, classically based, invigorating and fitness focused Pilates workout guaranteed. Tracie holds a B.S. Degree in Health Care Management and prior to teaching Pilates, has 20+ years of a successful business career in health care, personnel recruiting and real estate.
           

Jean Lilly: Jean founded Newport Pilates in 2007. She received her certifications from Power Pilates© in New York City. Jean is trained to teach all levels of Pilates from the beginner to the super advanced, and her training also includes Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates instruction. Jean has been in the fitness industry in New York and Newport for more than 25 years, and also has a classical ballet background. After six years of owning Newport Pilates she stepped back from its operations in 2013, to focus on teaching and providing Pilates consultation for the studio. Jean continues to challenge her clients with the intricacies of the classical Pilates workout.
           
Stephanie Schock: Stephanie is a certified Pilates instructor with nine years teaching experience. She completed her training at the Center of Balance under the instruction of Tom McCook, an internationally recognized movement specialist, and is certified through Balance Body. She has experience working with clientele of all ages, abilities, and varying needs including those with desk jobs, equestrians, pre- and post-natal women and athletes. Stephanie has an athletically diverse background including soccer, running, cycling, and ballet. Her Pilates practice has assisted in injury prevention and improved performance in her rigorous marathon running. As an instructor, Stephanie’s goal is to help clients gain awareness of breath to develop balanced strength, improved posture, and ease of movement – ultimately leading to a sense of empowerment in their everyday lives. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Santa Clara University.
